A game scheme of putting constant pressure on the Quarterback can defeat Atlanta. If Dallas can do this they have a decent chance to win. If the defense stays in a coverage mode with the DBs dropping back on every snap they will get killed. All Ryan needs to keep a drive going is the 6 to 8 yardage of vacated area by the DBs. They drop 15 and can’t recover to get to the reciever before they have an 8 yard completion. They have changed some since the pass rush players have gotten back in the line up.

I agree, you have to get up in the face of their WR's and stop them before they get going. I'd give a heavy dose of Gregory at RE, Lawrence at LE and Crawford at the 3 technique spot. To me that's the D-line we have that can cause them some problems. Ryan isn't really mobile which helps us out a lot because we love to use the stunt game to create pressure. A mobile QB will take that and get space to throw the ball. Against a guy like Ryan for the most part you know he is going to be in one spot.

Lets just hope our coaches view it that way. I'm worried that instead we will come out and try our asses off to establish the run. And then when it fails try to convert third and longs with dumb passes that aren't set up properly.

Yep, you're better off using him as a decoy on those plays at this point. And frankly I doubt defenses are worried that if Lewis comes in on offense that he's going to gash them.
