Yeah an I don't know if this is normal or not. But if it is then they have serious problems with the counting process. It's a pretty staggering amount of votes lost or switched in Pennsylvania and Michigan compared to most states. I don't really understand the counting process though or the data that this is being taken from. Is this just a quirk of the system, is this just human error or computer error that gets corrected along the process correctly. I just don't know.
