It is too bad they play for one of the more average HCs in the NFL.

They had no timeouts left.I don't see how kneeling takes anymore time off when Detroit was calling timeouts.
Nope. I'm talking about none of these 'legacy' coaches like Parcells being available. All you have is taking a chance on an assistant head-coaches or college coaches.I'll replace him right now. Find me someone better.
That's how I can take solace in a loss...especially one on how the team was prepared.Unfortunately we still the Vikings and Raiders and probably 2 more wins besides that in us. Then we can be 8-8 and just a "play or two" away from being 9-7 or 10-6 and a playoff team. More JG, more status quo, more .500 football, more wasted years. yay!
So glad we gave him $100 million for the next, like, decade.Romo was bad again too...the protection was not as bad as he acted it was.
It would have eliminated the potential for a hold on the third down when Detroit had no time outs left.I don't see how kneeling takes anymore time off when Detroit was calling timeouts.

How many years of Garrett do you go before it's time?
I respect your opinion even if you say 50 years, I'm just curious to your answer.
I didn't say there's no one better, I said "not just anyone is better."Right.
So just because there isn't anyone better in Schmitty's mind, does that mean you're just going to settle for this shit for 100 years straight?
That's just dumb.
Just another in the many bad deals handed out by Jones. So glad we gave him $100 million for the next, like, decade.
Not if they win the division with that record. On the bright side.....at least we're halfway through another 8-8 campaign which will hopefully be Garrett's last in Dallas.
I'm in agreement. Dude, it don't matter. We would've fumbled the snap on a QB kneel or allowed a kickoff-return TD or blocked FG returned for a TD.I don't have a problem with running a simply running play like most teams do in that same situation 9 times out of 10.
The problem is that the Cowboys found a way to fuck it up as they often do.
Then the defense found a way to blow it as well.
It's Tony Romo-era Cowboys football to a tee.
I hate Garrett's guts and can't wait to see him gone, but I can't knock him at all for that final series. The Cowboys choked like they always do and that's that.
I don't think I have an answer to that because it's not realistic.Nope. I'm talking about none of these 'legacy' coaches like Parcells being available. All you have is taking a chance on an assistant head-coaches or college coaches.

I mean, my fucking god, I have to research these obscure rules to see how it is we lost.
I'm waiting for the day we lose a game on a dropkick.
Any discussion is Smittying a thread now.Yet another thread Smitty'ed.
3 knees eliminates most of the chances for a choke though.I don't have a problem with running a simply running play like most teams do in that same situation 9 times out of 10.
