I think that was more about the previous rehab. The problem on this rehab was more about the fact that he just wasn't around the team at all, so they didn't really know. Ultimately the rehab had him back much sooner than expected. But the real problem is with a new coaching staff he missed basically everything. And frankly it shows on the field.I know he wasn’t with the team, but wasn’t there a bunch of chatter about Diggs not rehabbing aggressively, fucking around down in FL even when he was cleared to be back in Dallas etc etc? Just seems like he got paid and he’s like, F this noise, I’m just here marking time.
He looks like a very slow, out of shape CB who lacks emotion and drive. I saw very little effort from him against the Giants.
I'd expect him to be a little out of shape. In an ideal world we would have continued getting him in game shape like we did week 1 where he only played a fraction of the snaps. It's hard to go straight from rehab to play 100% of snaps on defense in this short of period of time. My real problem is he had no fucking clue what his responsibility was or the responsibility of guys around him.
I think the guy is totally tuned out. I don't know that he has any trade value otherwise I would consider it as well. Of course if he does get his shit together to improve trade value, I don't know that I want to trade him.
