I wanna make pizza dough every week, Friday nights are pizza nights in our house and I've gotta figure out the dough.

When you go mixin yeast and honey and whatnot, you're already confusing me. Hopefully someone comes along with a can't-miss process/recipe.

Brisket going in the smoker for 4 hours today w/some Bear Mountain competition pellets then into the sous-vide for 2.5 days. Forgot to tell you how much ass it kicked a few weeks ago.
