He completed 71.4% of his passes against one of the league's better defenses. He was 30/42 for 298 and a TD and averaged 7.10 YPA. Dude's passer rating was 99.1... this sucked, Deuce?That's not true. I remember the KC game specifically that he was average at best. And not average for Romo, but average as in a middle of the pack QB...at best. Even his checkdowns in the game were being skipped to players for a while.
You want to point blame in KC, it goes no further than 37 yards gained rushing total on 16 carries (including a 12 yarder by Dunbar), 114 yards allowed rushing on 25 carries, and 2 game-changing fumbles, one by Romo holding on too long and another by Dunbar on his "long" run.
I blame Romo for the fumble because he held on too long, but his passing was just fine.
