Kirksey is sound, just does not have that speed you probably want in this style of defense.

Look, I get why they want the next Lavonte David, but David is a tackling machine and he can run. Shazier not so much.

They might as well move Barry Church to WOLB and draft a safety if they are thinking about Shazier in the first.
