Guys aren't aggressive attacking the ball. They just sort of sit and wait for the guy to get to them. This is what happens when players are uncomfortable in a system and a coach preaches conservative schemes. Guys just have zero confidence in making a play.
Yep, teach agressive. Because sitting and waiting ends in being beat anyway too often.

I agree. Be physical and at least make the offensive player feel it a little. I'm so sick of that bullshit of waiting for the offensive players to come to you. Go after them.
