Which shows that talking to the player doesn't matter anyway. The only time I can think of this ever working is with Romo, and that was like 100 years ago when Romo was still a relative nobody undrafted guy who wasn't even the starter yet. Plus I'm sure Parcells being in the room didn't hurt.
