That is hardly a hallmark of McCarthy's. This team has been sloppy and undisciplined since, ohhh right about the time Wade started losing them. Then it was fully permeated throughout the roster with Garrett.

They can both be true, McCarthy isn't the root of it but he damn sure hasn't done much to stem it.

I don't even think of the team as particularly sloppy or undisciplined.

I hate to say this, but I really think the Cowboys just get more penalties called on them because of who they are. Not sure it's "conspiracy" as much as all the prime time games they play... or maybe the league does hate Jerry just like they did Al Davis. McCarthy's Packers were pretty low on the penalty list IIRC.

I agree. The run defense has been playing much better, the run offense was better, the passing offense was much better. The pass defense is still a question mark to me only because I don't think the Giants or Steelers have had QB's to really test it at all.

The team has shown improvement. No question about it. Even with the injuries.

We complain and they fix it. Funny how McCarthy was claiming that it was all situational. And yet after the complaints and questions, suddenly we seem to emphasize it...

I agree. Not all of the penalties last night were warranted for example. Like the roughing the passer which was lame.

Then you look at the flip side, like how the eagles are officiated, and I'm not sure what can be done about it.
