Amazing how well coached some other teams are. GB doesn’t miss a beat with a qb no one ever heard of. Steeler undefeated with Fields. Rams win with no wrs. Very discouraging for us.

We went 5-1 with Cooper Rush so it's not as if this coaching staff is incapable.

We're just a clusterfuck right now.
Exactly.

I think we've seen numerous examples of very good coaching since McCarthy took over the job, but there's only so many times your head coach can be undermined by the ownership before it starts to have negative effects.

We're seeing those negative effects take their toll on this season.

Bingo.

This thing is headed straight for a 2010 type season. The only question is which game will be McCarthy's Green Bay.

And the worst part is, Ronnie Milsap could see this coming. We all called it way ahead of time.

Yea, this was sort of fated ever since they didn't fire him after the playoffs last year.

Whether it's conscious or subconscious the team knows McCarthy is likely gone unless they do something the organization hasn't done in 30 years. That's why I was so comfortable betting under 10.5, all it took was a little adversity and I knew these guys would pack it in.

I don't think they're there yet, but it could happen at any time.

If they lose to the Giants they could easily tailspin to like 2-6.

If I were the Seat Belt, I’d consider retiring after eating that DH stiff arm. :lol

Props for Milsap. Most would use Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles but you break out Ronnie.

If they were to lose to the Giants on Thursday, I think you can officially say the wheels are falling off and the season's in the shitter.

I barely watched yesterday's game.

I caught the first quarter all the way up to when CD fumbled in the redzone then took off from there to eat some bbq and drink some beer and when I returned, the last Cowboys offensive drive was just starting.

I'm guessing I'll be missing a lot of games this year because I just don't care a whole lot.
I checked out and never looked back after that Dak near safety in the 2nd quarter. I wasn't going to waste the rest of my afternoon watching those clowns.

They all keep saying the same thing but I don't believe they know what it means.

I don't understand why the obvious answer to beating this team hasn't been called out every week. Run the ball against us, you win. We haven't had a run defense worth a damn for years, and that should be common knowledge.
We can't stop the run, our run game is probably the league's worst. It's not complicated.

A wise choice.

Dak got off easy.

Dak needs to start using the young WRs more. You can't just rely on Lamb. Cook doesn't look that fast anymore either. Brooks and Tolbert are just going to have to be relied on. Think of them what you want but when Dak went into desperate mode yesterday and actually started using them, things went well.

On defense guys just need to do their damn jobs. It's infuriating when you see a DE crash inside only to see the sweep or RB go outside of them and get a big gain. To see a team run back to back screens and no one seems to be aware. This defense has totally reverted to the Quinn style of just rush and try to make a play. It looks silly. There is no scheme to it. Zimmer needs to get these shitheads back under control.

And the run game. I think the blocking is better than the results. Deuce and Zeke look like total wastes on the field. Dowdle is ok. Leupke looks good at what he is doing. I'd just totally replace Zeke with him in the offense. And if Cook isn't an improvement then fuck it, cut these turds and pick guys off other teams practice squads.

Anyway, it's never as bad as it seems. But Zimmer should be fuming right now.
