I get what @Genghis Khan was getting at and he was right -- Dak wasn't and isn't the reason why we're losing this game.NOT FAIR TO DAK! GOD DAMNIT!
And he has a reasonable contract where we can pay for talent around him.
He's a basic above average QB making the most money in NFL history. Impossible to build a champion like that.I get what @Genghis Khan was getting at and he was right -- Dak was and isn't the reason why we're losing this game.
But he's also done nothing to make things better and he alone left an extra 8-12 points off the board by missing numerous big yardage throws and making poor decisions on critical downs.
It's games like these where you need your franchise QB to play like a franchise QB and elevate not only his own play, but the play of the others around him.
But he didn't do that today because that's something he isn't really capable of doing on any day, which is exactly why so many of us did not want the Cowboys to pay him the money that he did.
So yeah, he's not why we lost or why we got into the hole that we did, but he also didn't make the plays that were there that would have kept the game closer for a little longer either. And when you're being paid what he's being paid, you're going to draw the ire for every little thing you don't do right and for good reason.
All that may be true.I get what @Genghis Khan was getting at and he was right -- Dak was and isn't the reason why we're losing this game.

I don't think so. I think Kubiak will be one of the big favorites with Ben Johnson and Slowik. Jerry would love to point to Kubiak remaking Carr into a better player. Plus he knows Kubiak's deddy.wont be in Dallas for many reasons. Top reason being that we will hire Belichick.
They… look tough. The SEC is crazy thoughAt least I've got the Longhorns!

100%I'm done with Dak as well but if we're being honest, even if Dak put up 40 points today they'd probably still lose that game by 3 TDs. That's how trash the defense was today.
He made his share of mistakes and missed some throws but the Cowboys defense is the real reason they lost.
Agreed 100%.All that may be true.
He’s also not the guy who gets you out of that hole. But he is paid like he is.
Could come into Dallas as an 0-2 wounded animal.Raiders on verge of comeback win vs Ravens
