Just me or is this a boring game despite all the points in back and forth game with top contenders playing?

I think Detroit is a good bit better than Philly but teams that go on ridiculous runs like they did usually come back down to Earth and struggle to recapture that form.

Campbell's dumbassery is an issue in big games too.

Their defense is banged up for sure but the offense seems to be kinda running on fumes too. They were meh against Chicago and kept having to go to the 4th down well in this game, with it coming back to bite them in the ass of course.

I still think with HFA they'll be fine but I'm sensing a bit of fatigue with them right now.

Sorry Dan Campbell is a moron. Regardless that they made that. Enjoy blowing another playoff game because of doing shit like that.

What a stupid fucking call. Kick the FG. They are sooo lucky they picked that up. I've been wanting Detroit to win all night. But with that call, wanted them to lose. Was hoping they'd fucked up when Goff stumbled.

Yep, totally stupid. It's a shame they didn't get stuffed and GB didn't kick a FG to win the game.

I think that was a pretty big win for HFA implications due to tiebreakers. Even if Philly wins out I'm pretty sure they'd need Detroit to go 2-2 over the last 4 (very unlikely) since Detroit now has the tiebreaker.

I think if GB had won Philly would've gotten the tiebreaker.

DC has the biggest balls in NFL history. Not always a good thing.
Jimmy Johnson was as aggressive of a HC as I've ever seen, but there was a method to the madness.

Dan Campbell, on the other hand, is just aggressive to be aggressive. In just the last season and a half alone, he's had about 5 or 6 really questionable calls with the 2 most blatant ones costing him wins vs the Cowboys and of course, a trip to the Super Bowl.

He's going to lose another high profile game due to a stupid decision because he just can't help himself.

He got real fucking close to it last night, and he damn near might've cost them HFA if Goff had taken one more wrong half step.

There’s aggressive, but that was flat out stupid
I don't think it was stupid. It was absolutely consistent.

What makes everyone think it was stupid is the outrageous play the safety made the play before that stuffed the 3rd down try. He's not doing that again.

1) If you kick:
a) and score (95%), with over a minute left to play the Packers are (60%) likely going to score a FG to tie because they will always go for it and might even (10%) score a TD and win. If they do score a FG, though you still have two timeouts and might get the ball back in time to kick your own FG to force overtime (10%)
b) and miss (5%), the Packers drive for a FG and win 60%, though you still have two TO's as mentioned before
2) If you go for it 4th and a foot
a) and miss (35%), the Packers (60%) get a FG in regulation, two TO's though
b) and make it (65%), you run the clock and kick and win (95%)
4) In overtime you have a 50% chance

That's mostly a wash and actually favors going for it. Given that it's Dan Campbell's very identity is going for it, it was a given he was going to try.

All of your made up percentages are meaningless.

It was fucking stupid.
