He was actually relatively open on the 4th down in the red zone, Rush just missed him.

That's exactly how I would play cornerback trying to make a tackle. Which is a really bad look for an NFL player.

Yeah, it's not a good look at all. And teams know they can run at him. Doesn't matter much for this season. But in future seasons if he isn't going to put in the effort I may be looking to see if I can trade him for a draft pick.

Absolutely trade his ass ASAP. I'll roll with Bland and another "good" corner who will be an all-around football player and not a cover-only, fairweather prima donna.
