Republicans challenge legitimacy of overseas votes, including military
A Pennsylvania suit opens a new front in GOP efforts to raise questions about the validity of mail-in ballots, targeting a group once seen as off-limits.

The lawsuit is notable for targeting a group of voters long thought to favor Republicans because of the prevalence of military personnel stationed overseas, but that is now seen as more evenly divided or even leaning Democratic. The suit adds to a long list of Republican-backed litigation around the country with just weeks to go before the Nov. 5 election, with much of it aimed at disqualifying mail-in votes or removing ineligible voters from rolls.

I can't even read it. I doubt most of us will pay for Washington Post in order to read it.

Nevermind, somehow got past the paywall. This is more of the same from the Democratic party. Asking for ID is racist, anti military now. Just crazy to me someone can vote without proving who they are. But that's just me.

I have zero issue with what the Republicans are doing….and if the roles were reversed I’d have no issue with the Dems suing everyone to make sure mail in ballots etc are legitimate.

The entire Dem party has issue with presenting an ID to vote, when practically every single thing we do of importance requires an ID.
It reeks of the party trying to hide or coverup something. And we all know what that something is.

On Tuesday, national Republicans filed a similar lawsuit in Michigan. The two are among a handful of states that allow people born overseas to parents who were previously legal residents to cast ballots, too.

Had no idea this was even a thing, so weird to me. So you could have been born in another country and never lived in America and you get to vote? So odd.

Eh, I'll take the wait and see approach. I honestly don't trust much of anything these days.
I'll be surprised if he wins any state with a Dem governor and secretary of state. Especially Michigan.

How can you win a state where the governor is putting Doritos into people's mouths?
Has she explained that yet? Totally bizarre.
