I legitimately can say she just isn't very smart. And I know the excuses but if you don't pass the bar test on your first try that sort of sends up a red flag too. I know the excuses about the California Bar having high failure rates. But that's because you don't have to go to law school to take their bar. Of course a higher percentage fail.
