It's true but I'd like the Democratic Party to be forced to come closer to the middle. We all know that a large portion of Senators and House of Reps are going to be democrats. We know there is a chance that a future President is a democrat. Maybe if they moved back closer to the middle the two sides could meet some sort of middle ground on stuff.

When you have the Democrats so far left as we do today, it means that you must have majority in the house and senate and also have everyone in line to get something done. Without the trifecta most stuff ends up dead and you see nothing done to improve.

But if the Democrats aren't going to move more towards the middle and be normal, then I'm happy for them to continue to trip over their own dicks with the same mistakes over and over. Please go ahead and follow the path, why not a trans presidential candidate next time? Go for it. Continue to call people you want to vote for your party racist, sexist, stupid or whatever. You'll just continue to offend and push people away. And even normal moderates who would vote democrat will get pushed away because that's their brother, friend, parent or child that you're calling garbage.

Gotta admit it’s a bit odd how quickly votes were counted and there was a lack of shenanigans in the 3 major swings after the RNC had thousands of watchers and lawyers flood the 3 states.

Of course.

It's in the best interest of the country if they can come closer to the middle and the two parties can do a better job working together on bipartisan issues.

The good news is that I think there's a solid chance of that happening after seeing how this election went.

We'll find out in the next few years.

I’ve made so much money off of “brilliant” people who have no idea how to change a light bulb or operate a screw driver.

A degree is pretty useless when it comes to having to survive in the real world. If you don’t have basic skills that most people learn at a young age, you’re pretty much fucked.

I’d say that description fits most liberals, at least the ones I’ve come in contact with. They have a degree hanging on their wall from some prestigious institution, and I’m there because they can’t figure out how to use a plunger correctly. I’m pretty fed up with every election that doesn’t go the way of the left, it’s always because we don’t have enough smart people. It’s bullshit.

The Republican, McCormick, has had a 30,000 vote lead for two days now. They are busy scraping through the last remaining uncounted votes, they are at 98% counted.

Most of the remaining votes are from a county where the GOP has a 24 point voting edge. Any of those votes are not going for the Democrat, Casey.

There is no reason for Casey not to concede. He lost. He's not making up 30k votes from a county that leans 24 points to the red team.

Unless he's trying to cheat.

Same here. This ship is pretty much covered with guys having at least a Bachelors. Yesterday one of them asked me to look at his TV because it "wouldn't do anything". Went to his cabin, and immediately noticed he had the Directv remote set to something other than TV or Directv. 30 seconds of my life I will never get back.
