Any self-respecting veteran has no tolerance for anyone who claims they did something in the military that is not just false, but provably false, and that’s what he did.

But in this age of whataboutism that Trump it as bad as faking an injury, denigrating an entire group of soldiers/sailors/airmen/Marines who paid the ultimate sacrifice by calling them suckers and losers, only to stand on the grave of one while breaking a federal law and giving a fucking thumbs up?

I looked for this video but all I could find was a link from Cujo to a Washington Examiner (MSNBC to the right) and it was behind a paywall. I doubt that this denial comes from John Kelly, who confirmed Trump’s statement to The Atlantic magazine.

Well, that's strange. I just went back and it was still there. A video with John Bolton (who admittedly hates Trump) saying that he was there when this supposedly happened, and it was never said.
