6.25 YPC is pretty gud.

He looked good doing it too. I mean some guys can get that running through a massive hole for a couple big plays. But he was turning plays where I didn't see a hole for 5 yards. I really hope we use him. To me he is our second best RB.

I'd need to see more from Leupke but I'd happily cut Dowdle and Davis. Both are spares.

I know we got all knee-jerky last night like happens in game threads, and I'm not saying Mazi is some bust or anything.

But has anyone heard how Bergeron is doing? I did a quick search and didn't find much. But he was the realistic alternative they were debating.

I know, BPA and all that, but it does kind of irk me that our defense was clearly much better than our offense last year and we still used two of our top three picks on defense. And the one pick, a TE, isn't going to substantially make your offense better (short of Kittle/Kelce/Gronk).

Bergeron was just one of the options. Steve Avila would have solved the LG problem. So would Joe Tippmann, Cody Mauch, Myers or even LaPorta.

I can't believe Machota didn't mention Malik Davis in his Cowboys Stock Report article.

His performance was pretty lackluster. I'm won't make too much of a stink about his rushing yardage because of the OL group that was out there, but he still struggles with pass pro.

That was why Vaughn really shined imo. The OL was not doing the backs any favors.

Out of curiosity I searched to see how the Chargers did with their first run under Kellen Moore.

Practically all of their fans are geeking out over Kellen Moore "fixing" the offense and even having the backup QBs look great.

I pull up the box score expecting to see some big numbers and they only had 128 yards passing on 24 pass attempts for a gaudy 5.3 yards per attempt.

Nothing conceals flaws like the honeymoon phase.

Yep. Including his big run a couple posts above, there wasn't really much hole there. But he found one.

That's at best a 2 yard run for Dowdle or Davis.
