I disliked Garrett as a player. I think he was a slimy career backup who manipulated his way through the game with extreme arrogance that nobody could see was false. He wasn't nearly as goddamn smart as he convinced everyone he was.

His fuckin' wife had to tell him to chuck it to Harper for chrissakes.

He might be a great guy, role model blah blah blah.

But even at his prime, I never regarded him as a bad ass.

To me, that is what the Hall should be. Bad asses.

There have been some OL issues on a few plays but overall the Raiders look pretty damn sharp for this to be an opening preseason game.

Butler was a lot better as a pure playmaker than Bryant Young.

Young was a super-shined up Greg Ellis.

College football's reviews don't take nearly as long as the NFL's.
