The team needs a big time offensive infusion and you can find multiple running backs in the third and fourth rounds to inject some life. I’m not kidding, my plan would be to cut Zeke and trade Pollard and roll with a cheaper free agent and two rookies.
Need to sign Aaron Rogers. Fuck it, at least until they can get a QB

Sorry if this has been posted already, but the interceptions, yeah they sucked, second one cd has to never let a db in front of his face, but still, bad throw into closing db.

Beyond that, the things i hated from dak were the two missed receivers. on the missed throw to CD down the middle, TY Hilton was wide open on the other hash and literally any of us could have thrown that for a completion.

The other was the 2nd to last drive, you gotta throw that to the open slot, not right on top of the receiver and db. Just a terrible throw.

That final drive, or at least the final real one, which started with like 3 minutes left, and we went fucking three and out.

The guy has nothing more to offer. A winner finds a way.
Yeah, and the first play should have been a pick 6 on yet another pre-determined short pass because the guy was completely fried mentally after that second pick.

Like if you could get a third and a fourth for Pollard I would do that all day instead of franchising him.
Not if it means we keep Zeke as our rb1

Dak literally gave us the best playoff performance out of a QB since Aikman last week, he played like shit tonight for the most part against probably the best defense in the league, but the fact that the offense went into the tank after Pollard (one of only 2 playmakers on offense) went down and took the running game with him is very telling.

Dak is obviously nowhere near elite but neither were half the Super Bowl winning QB's over the last 10-15 years. We're quite literally a top 5-6 team in the league right now and should be again next year, the future is about as bright as it can be in this league unless you have a 20 something QB who is literally already a top 5 QB like Mahomes, Allen and Burrow.

Dak beat an 8-9 team and he’s never been more firmly entrenched in the group of QBs outside the winners circle. We watch this guy struggle with simple things over and over again. No, he’s not Matt Stafford or Josh Allen. He’s outside even that group.

He’s not a terrible QB but he doesn’t do enough well anymore. Jalen Hurts may be more effective overall, sadly. Guys like Daniel Jones are beginning to close the gap. Dak just isn’t special.

Dak haters couldn't wait until the Cowboys lost in the playoffs. They're the only ones in here. Been saving all those posts

Cherry picking.
Disagree. The same people are here posting after every game. Even Smitty. He doesn't post a lot during the week anymore but he is here after every game.

All of you over dramatic teeth gnashers calling for signing Aaron Rodgers.... How in the fuck do you propose we pay him? Do you think he would come in for the vet minimum? Good luck with that. You can't cut or trade Dak without accelerating his money. So, you bring Rodgers in on that imaginary vet minimum contract, then have a 40m backup? :lol Ok.

Stafford was no better until he went to the Rams, switch them out and I don't think you'll see much difference.

Guys like Flacco, young Russell Wilson, Foles, Eli and broken down Peyton were all equivalent or worse overall than Dak.

After he was injured I was the first to say we should go QB if we're in the top 5, but taking some schlub in the 3rd is a very low probability play.

By all accounts we were one of the best teams in the league this year, you don't tear that down for nothing, you have to try to build on top of it and take the next step. The problem is we likely won't do shit in FA and will just pay (overpay in most cases) our own guys.

He's pre-determining those throws often to Schultz and teams have picked up on that tendency, better coaching/play design would get that out of him.
I'm surprised it took this long. we've heard the snippets over the years about how vanilla/predictable our offense is.
