What does being a kid or an adult have to do with drinking milk? It's good for you, and goes great with a meal.

NOT drinking milk is weird to me.
Being a kid has much to do with milk consumption.

As infants and children, we are all raised on milk. From wee status to adulthood, we are told that it "builds strong bones and teeth".

As we age and tastes expand and mature, many people including myself, stop drinking milk eventually. Many people are lactose intolerant, and there is tons of info about how milk is not exactly healthy as we have been led to believe.

Since NoDak brought it up, how many here have even had milk fresh from the cow?

I remember having that at my great grandparents in Oklahoma as a kid. I thought it was digusting with all the fat in it. And it was so fresh it was still kind of warm. My sister and I were like, what is this? It can't really be milk. :lol
We grew up around dairy farms.

Before I could even ride a bicycle I would walk down to the dairy when we needed milk and they'd fill up whatever jug I brought with me.

I also drink sweet tea, hot tea, mushroom tea, coke, coffee, OJ, water, beer, wine, and liquor.

Still kinda warm? Bleh. Nasty.

Separate the cream and milk, throw it in the fridge. And I loved the little spots of sweet cream still in the milk. Some people strained it again after the initial separating, but we left it because we liked the bits of cream flecks in it.

Same with their stance on eggs. I'm not sure... are they bad for us again, or good for us again? They change their mind every few years or so.

No, preferences change. It happens to every one. I bet there’s foods you didn’t like as a child that you eat now , and vice versa. Things you liked as a kid but not so much anymore.

That’s interesting, I have at least a few. You appear to have a static palate, same as the day you were born.

A dear friend tried to convince me how terrible cow's milk is for me.

Now he's just a regular friend.

Lots of different veggies for me, hated most of them as a kid. Some I still struggle with, others I really like .

I do remember loving a big grilled ribeye as a welcome home meal from the hospital after I was born.

Still love 'em.
The nurses all gathered round and said leave this one alone, cause they could tell right away, that he’s bad to the bone.
