Stephen's organizational philosophy is basically that nobody deserves to be paid unless they were drafted by Dallas. Considering that excludes literally 99% of the players coming into the league I'd say that's a less than optimal strategy for winning a Super Bowl.

The sad thing is there are still good free agents out there that could plug all of our holes. But we won't do anything until next week. At most you will get a Kearse resigning.

The Cowboys could literally fix all there problems right now and have the cap to do it. But they won't. Give me Zardarius Smith, Bradley Bozeman, Jayron Kearse, Jamison Crowder and Kyzir White and shut it down. But that's just too much for the Cowboys. That would still be a great free agent haul and allow us to go into the draft doing whatever the hell we want. I'd feel better in the Oline, pass rusher, give us options at LBer and at least we would have a legit WR option besides Lamb until he also gets hurt.

But we will do none of this. We are too adverse to adding outside talent.
