What's great about the Giants injury situation is that Garrett gets a built-in excuse to stay for 2022. It worked for Smitty twice.

Speaking of which, a reflection...

For the Giants, sas Jeremy Shockey a disappointment for being the #14 pick?

Six relatively healthy seasons with the Giants, averaging 14 starts. Four Pro Bowls and All-Pro as rookie.

62 catches, 705 yards (11.4 YPC), 4.5 TDs and 59% Catch Percentage

Lamar just throws a flat-footed pass about 25 yards down the seam to Mark Andrews. It looked awkward as hell but its an example of the type of athletic freak he is.
Speaking of which, how's your foot arch? You gotta get special shoes to run?

Garrett's offense is sooooooo simple.

No motion. No nuance.

Someone who cares about him needs to sit him down and explain just going out there and out-talenting the competition is not a sound strategy.

it's a fucking legit question on a goddamn bye week.

Shockey was supposed to revolutionize the TE position. With Tony Gonzalez starting the trend, Shockey was the next of the first wave of athletic TEs, preceding Vernon Davis and Kellen Winslow Jr.

Answer the fucking question

Sure are a lot of Navy Federal and USAA commercials.

Seems kind of an expensive investment. Gotta hope it is a covert U.S. Military spot.

Not like the good old days.

Going back to the good old days, the best recruiting campaigns were GI Joe and Sgt Slaughter vs Iron Sheik/Nikolai Volkov

The military has a lot of PR/recruiting money left over now that they're no longer paying millions for all those "surprise" reunions at sporting events.

So it's just gonna be us five, huh. Any of you cocks have any other plans today?

I need to time a necessary Target run later today.
