I see pro bowl alternate Jaylon Hurts has 90 yards passing in a half of football against a 4-10 team. Impressive.

The Giants are playing inspired football because they know their inspirational leader Joe Judge is returning.

I may have told this story before. If so, eh.

Anyway. I was in Dallas one year about 15 years ago (don't remember the exact year) for a Cowboys game. Texas Oklahoma happened to be playing the same weekend.

I had no idea how big that game is until that weekend. The area was CRAWLING with Oklahoma fans. My hotel, every restaurant, bar, streets, everything.

And everywhere we went, we constantly heard one guy yelling BOOMER and another voice elsewhere responding SOONER. EVERYWHERE. Especially in the hotel. It got old very fast.

Well it just so happened that Oklahoma got absolutely smoked that Saturday. Completely embarrassed.

The next morning, we're going down in the hotel for breakfast and I hear in the distance somewhere some guy yell, BOOMER, then immediately follow it up with ah, forget it.

I don't give a shit about the rivalry but that last one was so satisfying after how obnoxious the Oklahoma fans were being all weekend.
