He was set to count $12M against Cleveland's cap. Clearly too much for us to consider, even if he was willing to take 25% of that.

Between ignoring the position and refusing to pay free agents, our idiotic owners won’t even acknowledge he’s available.

You sign him, and a deep playoff run immediately becomes possible.

I think the buffoonery of a front office has become so used to perpetually building the team that they can’t close on an actual opportunity to contend right now.

They will rationalize this ideal opportunity away, like all the rest
