Yeah, this game wasn't a nailbiter...it didn't really become engaging until we recovered the onsides kick.

I was ready to shut the computer and go do chores.
My wife and son showed up right after they scored the TD. They got to see the onsides and the game winning FG. I envy their timing...

The play that we couldn't even process here yet cuz it was so chaotic after the onsides recovery was the CeeDee Lamb catch to get into FG position. Smooth route that juked defender on the ground. Easy catch and Lamb had space for ~15 YAC.

I wanna see replay of that route.

I'll tell you this, CeeDee pushed off a hell of a lot more than Gallup did last week. The defender fell down.

The defense looks soft as hell and I think McCarthy & Fassel got a little too reckless with a couple of their decisions but I gotta say......it sure felt good to be on the other side of one of those epic collapses for a change. :lol

Garrett's resume was littered with losses similar to the one the Falcons just suffered.

DeMarcus Lawrence
#90 DE
  • Height: 6-3
  • Weight: 265 lbs
  • College: Boise State

7:03 p.m. -- Defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence played limited snaps in the second half of Sunday's comeback win over Atlanta due to a right knee injury sustained in the first half.
Cornerback Chidobe Awuzie sustained a hamstring injury on a punt block attempt in the fourth quarter and was not able to return.
Both players will be re-evaluated Monday.

Might have been why he disappeared in the second half. He needs to get going. POS

I was expecting a flag on the onsides kick or we'd throw an INT or get a holding penalty to negate getting into FG position, or ultimately us missing the FG.

I didn't believe we won until TV sent coverage back to Curt Menefee in LA.

I was bitching about his disappearing act the entire game. The coaches need to find a way to light a fire under his ass. Pull him from the starting rotation, make him inactive for a week or something along those lines. Anything to send a message that despite the contract his jobs not safe.

He's just got it all. Well he's short, but other than that. Pocket awareness, elusiveness, speed, accuracy, arm strength, he's a leader.
superstar wife, too.

That's the one that's taken down legends.
