I would be ok with either of those two, honestly. Probably Farley more than Surtain.
Doesn't help the run defense, obviously, but it's not like our passing defense isn't consistently torched.
Plus FA corners are expensive and having two possible good ones (Diggs and Farley/Surtain) on cheap deals would definitely help.
Not a fan of Surtain. He's a good corner, but I don't think he's worth a top ten pick.

I like Nixon a lot. But not sure about that high in the first. Do you think he's worth it? I've been thinking about him if he made it to our 2nd pick. Has he been rising?

And as for Farley, I like him. I wouldn't be overly disappointed if he was our pick. I'd prefer to go with Parsons or even Rousseau. Just wish there was a DT or S prospect that was a no doubt value there.
Kiper has him as his 10th best prospect for what it's worth. He was the defensive player of the year in the Big 10. He looks very athletic for a DT. I worry that he may not be as big as he is listed but I definitely think he has the potential to be a dominating DT in the NFL.

Honestly I think he is a legit 10-20 talent so we may be picking at the high end but not sure there is a ton of talent difference in that range and he fits a massive need.

Refs just took away a 30-yard TD run away from Henry on a questionable holding pancake block

Terrible pass by Watson there. He just threw it up for grabs off his back foot.

Wow. Houston's defense just went to sleep and let a WR get behind them. Titans now in FG range to win. Unbelievable.

Colts fans everywhere screaming 'YOU FUCKING MORONS!'

Wow. If they were 6 inches back, that ball hits the upright and bounces out.

Watch the post game interviews. I guaranf'ntee you that McCarthy will take responsibility for that botched non-challenge, whereas Jason Garrett would have been whipping shitty's trying to spin away from it, throwing anybody within reach under the bus in an attempt to deflect criticism away.

Yeah, it was stupid not to challenge. But anybody that thinks we down graded or even are just breaking even in coaching this year compared to last is a fucking drooling moron.
Is there anyone asserting that?

Just heard the worst we can pick is at 10, and the best is at 8. If we would have won today and the skins lost, we all know we would have been at 19 at best. If we won today, and skins won, we could have fell as far as 16 depending on the rest of the games today (final records, strength of schedule, etc...) But granted, every thing would have to align for that to happen. We more than likely would have ended up around 12 or 13.
At that range (8-10) you are away from the QBs and the two corners, but probably in very good range to consider taking an OL.

Which I would definitely consider.

Who on the Oline is worth it at 10 to you?

Well at least we don't have to worry about the outcome of this game.

Rashawn Slater.

Like Sewell he eplaces Williams at LG and projects as Smith's replacement whenever that time comes.
I struggle to project a 6'3" guy to LT. More of a Zach Martin type who can play tackle but whose going to find his home at guard. Too rich for my blood at 10ish.

Obviously if he is as good as Zach Martin who cares. But I'm not trying to say he is going to be as good as Zach Martin.
