They are flooding everywhere. Here in My neck of the woods there are 2500 people per week looking for homes with only 100 homes in inventory. 75% of the 2500 are from NJ/NY/OH/PA/NH. Crazy.

If that 2nd half is any indication, this needs to be Brady's last season too.

If the Chiefs win tonight and Mahomes is 100% for the SB, I don't think Tampa can keep up.

Brady's arm just isn't there in the 2nd half of games and he's definitely shying away from contact. He won't be able to keep up in a shootout.

Dude we just completed a home 2 weeks ago, had 800,000 in it and had a couple from NY offer 1.6mil cash for it. 1 street over a house on the market for 2 days went for 1.45mil all cash to a couple from Michigan.
