Just read an article that stated the tie rate could go from 6% to almost 20% in games that go to OT. Great move, NFL.

It's funny I hear fans bitching about ties all of the time on the radio. And the announcers always mention that it's not really a "problem" because so few games end in a tie. So the NFL's reaction to that is to create more ties? It's like they heard the fans and decided to make it worse.

Yeah he isn't very good in run support and he doesn't make nearly enough plays against the pass to justify that. Maybe a change of scenery will help him but I doubt it would be with the Browns.

For safety reasons, instead of playing the game maybe they should just declare the coin toss winner the winner of the game.

They claim it's a safety issue but yet they continue to make them all played Thursday night games which is far more detrimental to their health than the occasional overtime game.
