Yeah but most experts had Jones pegged as a solid first round pick. He had great workouts which helped his stock to be on the rise leading up to the draft.They are both somewhat underwhelming picks at a position of need that should, worst case, be long time contributors. Obviously Frederick ended up being more than that, and hopefully Jones does too. It isn't really what I wanted, but I don't think it was a bad pick.
Frederick was a guy who a lot of so called "experts" didn't think was a first round pick. He had bad workouts leading up to the draft which really were the reason for his drop.
