I'm still not really sure how good Michigan is. Just saw first hand Iowa roll up that shitty Northwestern Team. Michigan State will be a great measuring stick to see how far they have come.
Just apply SEC logic.

Iowa rolling Northwestern doesn't make them shitty, that just means Iowa is awesome and should be ranked accordingly.

I'm cool with that logic when applied to Iowa. Unfortunately they are already talking about how weak our schedule is. You think they will say that about Florida?

So far UM-MSU is playing out how I expected. Defenses dominating early.

I expected a 16-13 kind of game.

Why don't we use electronic chains/down markers and has a sensor in the ball? Eliminate time outs for first downs and make all of these games 3.5 hours or less? The NFL makes games shorter. Why can't college?

Scores from Techs last several games against KU.

34-30. 27-20. 41-34. 21-17. 20-14. 31-30.

What up with that?

One thing that Mayfield does that irritates me is that he likes to look for the deep pass too often. He holds the ball entirely too long at times, taking unnecessary sacks.

It's like the coaching have to repeatedly remind him to get the ball out of his hands quicker.

The targeting call in the Michigan-Michigan State game was very weak. I can't believe they reviewed that and still upheld the call.

The rule needs to be tweaked. I don't think the refs are enforcing the rule in accordance with the spirit of the rule book. Seems like they're making it up as they go and teams are being penalized for any type of incidental contact that occurs above the shoulders.

That's exactly how this game will go. The Michigan corners are playing great physical football against the WRs. Cook is used to his WRs winning those balls and they aren't today.

Connor Cook kind of reminds me of Dalton. A good QB but not great. Someone who in the NFL will succeed with an elite WR or two but probably won't be able to carry an offense with shitty targets.

So he's not Tom Brady. I can live with that.

He's a gunslinger like Romo. I watched him a lot in HS and never got why nobody recruited him.
How do you miss a guy that big? He's almost too tall.

Kiper has him at 17 already...I would take him over Goff.
