Where is the racist part coming from?

Other than that they claim every conservative is racist, of course.

Same with the misogynistic part. I'm just because he thought people should get married and have families and not be lifelong cat people.
Yeah he believed that the greatest thing a woman can do is give birth to a child. Thats not misogynistic, that's giving credit to woman for what he thought was something amazing.

Yep, he's right on that.

The idea that the greatest thing a woman can do with her life is devote her life to the soulless corporation is one of the bigger lies ever told. Looking back, it's amazing how many people bought that, and still do.

Its because of his opposition to DEI.

The quaint idea of a woman staying home to raise a large family on one income is a bygone fantasy for the vast majority of people.

Nobody said she had to never leave the house and not have a job. Or have a huge number of kids. Just that having a great career so she can be totally independent is not more important than being a mother.

Because they'll twist anything you say to fit their narrative.

For example, if you don't agree with DEI they'll say you're racist.

They'll show partial quotes to make someone look bad, but leave out the context that completely changes the meaning of what the person said.

As an example, a lot of leftists are saying he doesn't deserve empathy because he said he doesn't believe in empathy.

Which he did say, but they leave out (or are ignorant of) the context of the quote, where he said that empathy as a term has been twisted to manipulate people into an agenda, and he prefers the term sympathy instead.

That's a significant difference versus just saying that he said he doesn't believe in empathy, but they're still saying it to try to discredit him.

I've seen someone accuse him of racism because he called Justice Jackson a DEI appointment and said she doesn't have the brainpower to do the job. Somehow that's supposed to mean that he thought that about all black women, even though he was talking about one specific person.

Exactly right.

They can hate Clarence Thomas with the heat of a thousand suns, but criticize Jackson and you're automatically a racist.

Of course like you say, they know better. They're just blatantly lying because making your enemy look bad is always justified.

It's bygone (mostly - my wife stayed home for 6-7 years until our youngest went to kindergarten), but it's not bigoted.

It's a sad reflection on the fact that once a large enough percentage of people started doing it, everyone had to do it to keep up.

My dad talks about how his mother, my grandmother, was a school nurse, and she was one of the only working mothers growing up in his neighborhood in New Jersey as a kid. They did it because my grandfather didn't make very much and it was their way to get a little ahead, be able to afford a house, take a vacation to a beach or a campground every now and then.

Well, as we now know, kids, increased demand (and ability to pay) just makes the supply dry up.

Prices then go up.

Then everyone has to have a second income in the house.

The problem is economic scarcity. It's not billionaires hogging all the money, which is another way to say "hogging all the pieces of paper."

It's that there's not enough stuff. Too little quantity. We can always make more stuff.

You can't make more land but you can build more housing on that land by building up (or down).

Make more stuff: The answer to all our problems.

But, and herein lies the catch -- the anti-capitalists don't like this solution because it goes against another identity that they've wrapped themselves in: environmentalism.

So their solution is to take away the wealth from the rich, so to establish the egalitarian baseline in poverty and not wealth.

Here's another example of how they mischaracterize someone by misinterpreting something out of context. The NYT actually published an article falsely stating that he made antisemitic statements, which they later retracted.
