I don't remember the last time the fanbase was this angry.

They're going to trigger a resurfacing of the old prickly asshole 90s Jerry before he learned to craft his more friendly media image. And I'm here for it.

Now I get it.

ALL IN means all in. On all the guys that will be left on this roster.

It all makes sense now and I am at peace.
Jerry has been "All In" since he bought the team. Haven't you heard the Love Field credit card story?

Gotta love her detailed scouting reports on possible draft picks. :lol
Yea she's getting fed bullshit from the organization, although it basically confirms that they're going to sign Dillon, which is fine.

It'd be nice if they got off their asses and made about 4 more signings but I'm sure that'd be too much of an inconvenience.

This is just my gut feel on the situation, I admit.

But I think Stephen loves his plan the last several years of signing cheap FAs and recent cuts to generate comp picks and focus on the draft. He thinks it's been a great success, and he's not going to change. He might even be more determined than ever to prove he's right after the failure of last year's draft class.

IOW, I think it's a bit personal for Stephen. He hasn't been running things that long. This is and always has been his baby, and he's sticking with it. Now maybe even more than ever, to prove the haters wrong.

Could be, and to his credit we've been one of the best regular season teams in the league over the last 10 years, so I kinda get it.

But you need to balance that with situational awareness of when is your time to truly contend, what your roster strengths/weaknesses are, and then go after a legitimate FA here and there. The Chiefs don't go hog wild in FA but every year or two they will make a small spalsh with a Joe Thuney or Justin Reid, that's the sort of thinking we need.

And that need is even more obvious when you lose a bunch of starters and sit on your hands.

Of course, but I think his ego is more important to him than taking a chance on going deeper in the playoffs. Plus he's less of a natural risk-taker than his dad.

Here's a bunch of the problem in this video. I've posted before about hearing a long interview with Charlotte a few years ago on David Moore's show, where she sounded totally astounded that her deddy and the whole family didn't get more credit for making the Cowboys into the financial success they have. This is a little reminder. To them, they (or daddy) still took a big risk and made it into #1 on the Forbes list. That's what really matters to them. She went to Wharton or whatever prestigious business school, not football school. The business side is what matters to them.

Yea I think it's pretty obvious that winning football games is like the 4th or 5th priority at best.

His results have been proven to be lacking. Most glaring is the idiotic handling of the running back position, and now ignoring the gaping holes in the LB corps. And all this silence makes me believe LVE is bent on trying to play longer, else he would have said something to the contrary by now.
