Hoping Moore makes the decision for us.
That's the dream. I wonder if Jerry does his "You might want to look for another job" thing so that Moore looks around (but it's not a firing, so if he doesn't Jerry doesn't pay him to do nothing). I was thinking if we hear of Moore interviewing for college jobs that would be a clue.

Getting rid of Moore is literally the best thing (realistically) that could happen to the team going into 2023.

I'm so ardent in that belief that if you offered me two scenarios, either Quinn stays and Moore stays (not that they two are related), or we lose Quinn and Moore goes, I'd prefer to sacrifice Quinn to get away from Moore.

I love Quinn but that's how bad I want to see the Garrett-era philosophy gone from the offense.

Right, but I can't imagine they hire him. Especially after that show Sunday. We need to hear his name out there for more jobs IMO.

I changed my mind. I want to see Dak in an offense that doesn't have Garrett stink on it before I give up on him.
A layman could watch the game and see how Shanahan’s misdirection provides an advantage vs our line ‘em up and beat your man.

Prescott isn’t Peyton Manning. Our offense doesn’t best fit him. One reason I think Prescott can be inconsistent

Also thinks they need to be very realistic in how they evaluate Dak and his abilities. Says while he's better than most, he's not elite and does have flaws. Maybe he doesn't need so much latitude in changing plays, etc.
At the very least, this needs to change.

Dak has not proven himself to be astute enough at reading defenses to have the kind of leeway that he's be given or be trusted as much as he is.

We need a smart offensive mind to call plays and a strong coach to tell him to stick with those calls.

We should probably be burying this game by now, but with all of the bitching, who thinks we would have had any shot going forward without Pollard?

Yeah, even if we'd somehow won that one, we'd have gotten crushed next week by Philly. And that might be even more painful than the Niners loss.

Feh. Turpin can’t even avoid Robbie Gould in the open field. He isn’t reliable.
I would like to see Turpin try and fail instead of ad nauseum plodding Zeke, no effort to try Malik and that assinine failed final play.

No chance we would've beaten the Eagles without Pollard, with Elliott completely run down Pollard was basically our entire running game. Once he went down we more or less became a pass-only offense.
