Cooks is a good bit better than Gallup and it'd save us from having to spend another high pick on a WR which could be invested on the lines, so I'd be for it.no, no it isn't
I wonder if the account is manned by any of the YT video personalities.whoa. this is the Cowboys' official twitter account.
I was balking at the "over the top" part. Expect the Beckham talk to heat up again.Cooks is a good bit better than Gallup and it'd save us from having to spend another high pick on a WR which could be invested on the lines, so I'd be for it.
You have a point, but havent we followed this line of logic several times already, and to no avail?I know the starting QB will always be talked about, but is there that much of a debate anymore?
Dak is and will be here, so all we can do it put the best team possible around him and hope for the best.

Yea who knows what will get them "over the top", they were close here on the road against a very good team but there's always something that goes awry with this team the further they go in the playoffs.I was balking at the "over the top" part. Expect the Beckham talk to heat up again.
The D came out and punched the Niners in the mouth. It was actually refreshing. They smacked Deebo the first time he caught the ball, and they roughed up McCaffrey the first few times he ran the ball. They were hitting hard. McCarthy, Quinn, whoever it was had them ready to play.McCarthy can accomplish some great things here with a real QB and the freedom to do what he sees fit.
He had us ready to play in back to back playoff games and that hasn't happened since the 90s.

Remember this?Part of it is luck. People won't want to hear that today but if Minnesota beat the giants and we drew the eagles instead of SF, we might still be playing next week.
Please elaborate on this. What position do you see us in? Divisional round loser is the position I see. And I have no reason to see that improving. We're in a better position as a team than probably about 25 teams.
Luck is a huge factor in the NFL given that parity is something they actively work towards. The outcome really came down to just a handful of plays which happen every week in the league and are mostly 50/50 plays, but you'd think some of that stuff would go our way for once in these divisional games.Part of it is luck. People won't want to hear that today but if Minnesota beat the giants and we drew the eagles instead of SF, we might still be playing next week.
I think he's saying our roster is better than approximately 25 other teams, which I agree with. Please elaborate on this. What position do you see us in? Divisional round loser is the position I see. And I have no reason to see that improving.

It is, if your bar is top 7 finish, life is grand. My bar is higher than that.Is divisional round losers not better than about 25 other teams?
