I feel like we’re getting stomped like 37-13.

Obviously I hope I’m wrong, but the offense shouldn’t be any good.

I think the offense looks extra awful. No explosive weapons beyond Lamb and no preseason games to get in a groove. Bet they look like utter shit.
Does Kellen whip out a first quarter Jap that makes Booze go WOAH?

I disagree. I think we lose a close one and are greatly disappointed last minute. 24-21

NFL coaches are too content to settle for long FGs. I get it... Kickers are making longer FGs than they used to. But you can't be comfortable settling for a 50 yard FG. Keep pushing until you have to kick it. Giving up 2-3 yards so you can position the ball was fucking retarded. Run another play to the sidelines and pick up another 7-8 yards. You had time.
I'd also add they're too content settling for FGs in general. Like in the Panthers-Browns game. Carolina had all the momentum late and drove the ball down inside the red zone with about 2 minutes to play. Instead of trying to score a TD they played it safe, settled for the FG, and left Cleveland with 1:20 to work with. Browns end up winning on a walk-off 53 yard FG. If Panthers try for a TD and actually succeed, they force Cleveland to have to drive the length of the field and actually score a TD in order to win. I'm guessing that's going to be a major point of discussion this week on the Carolina sports radio shows.

I almost expect that. Positive or negative, I usually have a feel for a game that isn't a million miles off, but today I really don't, which to me is negative.

Won't surprise me a bit if the offense misses its weapons and the OL struggles, and the defense has eaten too much of its own cheese about how great it's going to be.

I think it'll be close but I do agree that the offense is gonna struggle.

I think we're gonna suck offensively for most of the first 8 games.

I don't know if I've ever been more puzzled on a season opener by what our offense is going to try to do.

Watching Aaron Rodgers struggle with his new group of WRs felt like a precursor to what we're going to see with Dak and this group.

Unless the RBs surprise us and have a big night, I just don't see them mustering enough offense to threaten the Bucs.
