While I agree it was, I kind of wish we had a guy, any guy, who would take a cheapie every now and then.

Sometimes it establishes team attitude. Other times it works on someone's head.
we've definitely been lacking that "enforcer" role for awhile

Our guys outside of Carr can't cover, either. Every DB on the Seahawks does both.
I honestly don't know what our DBs are doing from game to game. Sometimes man, sometimes zone. And in either, they are bad.

But I refuse to believe we just have the worst CBs in the NFL. I do think our safety play is perhaps one of the worst. That needs to finally be addressed.

And that means not depending on some fragile never-was white guy from fucking Podunk Washington U.

It doesn't even have to be a guy at one position. You don't need a "Roy Williams", for example.

You need some players who have a touch of nastiness. Far too many nice guys on this team and it has been there for a very long time.

Wilson makes some beautiful throws.

I stand by my statement that I'd take him over Luck.

Sad thing is, I bet this staff and braintrust is still thinking about him.
They get a second second draft with this guy. I take back some of what I said earlier. Scandrick can cover and has had a good year. Our safeties have been and still are among the league's worst.

Seahawks laying down the law so far. I hope they close the deal in the 2nd half. This year has basically been anybody but SF for me and Seattle winning that division would go a long way towards that.

Good lord, another precision throw from Wilson.

Wilson is kicking ass with a bunch of minimum wage nobodies...no Sidney Rice, no Percy Harvin.

WTF?

"There was no hold on the play, as the QB had already taken off with the ball."

Huh?

Maybe the DL just didn't "run through the hold".

The inconsistencies with the referee crews are amazing. Half the time, the guy could be 20 yards downfield and it's irrelevant.

Seattle does as good of a job getting players, whether drafted or undrafted, free agency or off the street, who do what they do well. They are coached properly and if they don't take to it, they dump them.

Case in point, Matt Flynn. If he were signed by our front office, we'd still be trying to make that shit work out.

One thing to illustrate coaching....Seattle did have a bye week to prepare for the Saints and it shows.

This basically wraps up homefield for Seattle, which gives them like a 75% shot at the Super Bowl.
