I don't see how you complain about availability and then sign TY Hilton, though. What about Fuller? He's hurt a lot too but he's Cal Ripken compared to Hilton.
We just need someone available for the first 6 weeks or so. Anything more than that is a bonus in my book. So sign Fuller or Hilton and hope they are at least available for the start of the season. Once Gallup is up to speed all should be ok.

Beasley might have better chemistry with Prescott right off the bat than even Lamb who is kind of an airhead. We'd be perfectly fine with Lamb/Beasley/Tolbert for a few games.
So would I. It makes sense on many levels.

Sanders went to SMU like Bease, and I would prefer him over Shrimp. Even at his age, we wouldn’t be counting on a long term arrangement.
Sanders is more well-rounded, but he has a knee issue apparently.

So it is going to take what, Lamb to be worn out and/or get hurt for them to realize what a dangerous situation we are in?

It is almost unbelievable, but then again, look at what fucking idiot said it.

It makes me so mad, I almost wish Lamb would have a momentary scare. Can’t believe I said that.

I would prefer a severe injury to Noah Brown that would make them truly panic.

If I am Fat Mike, I shut down Lamb. He has been out there showing off a lot the last couple of days. They better put him in a damn glass box.

They are going to that Elliott hill to die.

But the sad thing is that they won’t die.

They will just pretend it didn’t happen.
They aren't desperate to win and they're more than happy to delude themselves into thinking they're the smartest guys in the room by "giving reps to the young guys" who will likely never do shit.

Then when they start out 2-3 because we have no passing game they'll delude themselves into the next thing, then the next and the next and the next because there's 0 accountability and nobody's ass is on the chopping block unless they commit the ultimate sin, disloyalty to the stupid hillbilly family that's runs the team.

Jerruh has had a hell of a camp. Gave away a vet receiver thats now desperately needed, insulted a former coach for spite, and undermined the current one just to remind everyone he’s in charge.

I said it before, he is being a bit more mischievous in this camp.

I'd still take Stephen over Jerry if we're talking 1:1.

I think the biggest thing holding this team back is the organizational culture, some pieces of which Stephen contributes to, but I think Jerry's nonsense talk and consistently undermining his coaches/getting too close to the players/glamourizing the franchise and the players even when they haven't won anything is the main issue.

Stephen may not do much to counteract that but I know for damn sure Jerry won't do a single thing about it and will instead encourage it, so maybe Stephen's cold, rigid, almost antisocial demeanor may actually help some in that regard when Jerry is gone.
