greatness...
Finally getting a chance to listen to this. Incredible. My goodness. When he mouthed "no fucking way" after the lyrics "Mother should I trust the government", powerful shit, man.

I didn't like Ozzy's last album at all.

This song is excellent though.
Today's Iamtdg hot take: I'm not a fan of Ozzy at all. Just never been a big fan of his voice.

But, that song is pretty good.

I hear you. I don't think he has a good voice.

I do think he's a great singer but that's more subjective.

I can agree with that. There are certain singers that don't have the greatest singing voices, but it just fits perfectly with the genre and types of songs they sing. Distinctive voices that you know immediately who they are when you hear them. Guys like Dwight Yoakam, Tom Petty, Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan. And Ozzy.

You can add Layne Staley, Scott Weiland, Eddie Vedder and Johnny Cash to that list.

I couldn't name a single song those first three sang. Heard of Weiland and Vedder, but had to google to see who they sang for. Never listened to any of them.

And, if Rev comes in here with some STP hate, we are going to have problems.

I was just thinking about STP the other day and came to the conclusion that the theme from Barney the dinosaur would be considered a top 10 song of all time compared to any STP song.

Im pretty sure the fraternaties at UT still play STP.
