What’s so fucking tough about it? They left two quality defenders and a longterm starting center right there for us.
And, by the way, maybe don’t put yourself in a position going into the draft where you have to reach because of your glaring need at a position?

just horrible, horrible value.

Man... With Lloyd we could have let Parsons rush even more.

I'm not usually one of the doomsayers but this pick doesn't feel good at all. Plus it's a let down bc everyone was convinced we were trading down.

We can still get that type of player. Lloyd is really a bit rich for that role. Parsons is the centerpiece.

Please, Green Bay. Don't take Watson.

I still want to love him.

Robert Brewster.

Ok.
Dude was a high to mid second rounder. People are a little off. I think we reached because we were dead set on Oline but he probably was our next best Olineman. At least he is a mauler.

They are crawling into a tank this offseason

Frankly they blew the first round solely to protect Dak.

They got a good player, but they overpaid for him by almost a full round, about 26-27 picks too early.

Meanwhile they forget the value falling into their lap in Johnson.

Sure, we improved our team, but the Eagles and Giants clearly won this day by a lot more than I thought possible. Especially the Eagles. And what did it cost them? Very little.

Lloyd is damn good on his own, though. He won't be Parsons but he's not just a capable guy, either.

That is what I like most about him. I think his technique can be fixed. This guy has some very nice upside. People love to bag on our coaches, but somebody fixed Terence Steele. That guy looked AWFUL and had everyone here hating him, saying he would never be anything.

You know what is bad when we blow a first rounder?

We always got the cursed second round.

They get fucking tunnel vision and force these need picks all the damn time. It’s infuriating.

He’s going to help us no doubt. I can’t hate on the player

I despise the laziness to sit there and reach

I don't like Linderbaum AT ALL. He's undersized with short arms. There was some analysis saying there has been zero PB centers with arms that short. We already got a small center. We don't need two.

As for the defenders, I agree. I would have taken Jermaine. However, they obviously didn't think he was that good or they would have taken him. But they are going off their analysis which is vastly better than mine or yours. They are the fourth best drafting team in the league so I'm not gonna have a shit fit and act like the sky is falling until I see the guy hit the field.

For every TJ Watt we've missed there are probably far more Johnny Manzels we didn't draft.

That being said, in a couple years we can look back and see if this was bad or not bad. You've been wrong about a lot of picks in the past and so have I.

My main issue with all this is we put ourselves in this situation with some baffling off season decisions. Letting go of Collins and Amari hurt this team and we are gonna be a worse team in 2023 no matter what we do in this draft.
