This is a good point.

I really hope they overhaul this offensive design and playbook.

The offensive design is mostly shit as far as I can tell, at least in terms of the running game. I'm 100% certain that Shannahan or the Packers coaching staff could've gotten a significantly better performance out of the offense today, and at least 24-27 points.

Dak is an issue but he also put up 37 TD's/10 INT's, you can't get rid of him.

What we need to do is get the running game kick-started, which means fresh blood on the OL and replacing Elliott with some random 4th rounder, and hopefully Moore being poached sometime soon.

I'll give you the INT but remember how that was set up. He had a first down pass to Schultz called back for penalty making it first and 15. Then awful pass blocking, sack and 2nd and 28. Then he threw the pick on a play where his receiver couldn't beat single coverage.

Plus the defensive holdings were just silly. The Gallimore hands to the face, fucking killed us. Just dumb fucking penalties that wouldn't even benefit us if missed.

Yeah I have no explanation for that. I don't think McCarthy is the reason for the penalties but you have to find a way to fix it regardless. You can't win putting yourself in such a disadvantage.

Seems that way. My only question is, why do they not call penalties on the other team? Parsons was raped and murder on that opening drive. No flags.

It’s like these refs read the stats on who gets flagged for what and calls penalties accordingly.

I saw bad take downs that weren’t called app game. Trysten what’s his name(fat #72) for us was held badly twice and never got a call. Yet they’ll call defensive holdIng on a Defensive lineman with 2:00 left?

How much of this shit is just perpetuated by stats?
