I loved Roger. But, you guys can't make me forget how bad he was for this team in the beginning, He sucked at first. Not from a QB standpoint, but from a leadership standpoint.

There are other ways to "lead." And the only time I saw Troy do that was in a meaningless pre-season game. Irvin was the emotional rocket fuel on that team.
Yeah, there was some kernel of truth to the John Blake allegations.

There were some egos on that team and somehow, they all blended.

Guys like Moose and Novacek were glue.
