Interesting about Kamala, could this have been too authoritarian for even her? More likely she just didn't want to be associated with something unpopular.

And hey "Dr." Jill... You can't do Australia here. Sorry about that little Constitution thing that gets in the way of what you'd really like to do.

"Our patience is wearing thin," he goes. Well, our patience is wearing thin with you sexually assaulting women and not knowing what day of the week it is. Who the hell does this guy think he is?

As some of the commentators were saying yesterday, has any US President said, "I'm going to use my powers to get these governors out of the way" before? It clearly sounded like a direct threat to red state governors. Totally uncalled for.

I’ve made up my mind, mostly, about the vaccine.

I don’t want it. I don’t want my kids to have it at any point. I also had a moment of extreme anxiety while thinking “what if I did take it? What if it was fine? Then, how would I feel about not wanting my kids to take it? How fucked up would that be to have some supposed immunity from something that my kids won’t?

If 200 million people have taken the vaccine, where does that leave the rest of us in society? If 200mil have taken it, that’s a majority, and if they feel we’re the issue, what does that mean for us?

I’m not going to give in to pressure from government, peers, or family. I feel a certain way about it. For one, I don’t trust the vaccine. For two, I don’t trust my government, they haven’t earned my trust. And lastly, I shouldn’t have to put anything in my body that I don’t want in there.

I asked my wife to listen to that little gem Biden put out yesterday. She couldn’t believe how far he went as to vilify the unvaccinated and place blame on us.

We didn’t start this pandemic, we didn’t politicize it.

What bothers me, and I hope I don’t offend any of you, you’re certainly entitled to your opinions and beliefs, but, there are far too many people I’m finding that believe things that are just too extreme.

I have a good friend who came in a few minutes ago and came back in the kitchen to ask me about yesterday’s bullshit from Biden. I told him we are going to be the outcasts in society. He actually believes that the shot is population control and a large portion of the vaccinated are going to start dropping dead at some point.

That’s crazy talk to me. I don’t wanna be lumped in with that group. Why isn’t it enough just to not trust that it’s safe? When you start taking it to extremes like that, that’s where the disconnect starts to get dangerous.

Exactly. I saw some little clip the other day from NBC, I think, that had the reporter remotely talking to a covid patient who was on oxygen.

"Why didn't you get the vaccine?"

"Because I thought it had a chip in it to track me."

I bet only a tiny percentage of people who don't want the shot think that -- I have no idea where that idea even comes from -- but of course they have to air that to try to make us all look like lunatics.

I was doing a basketball card break on YouTube a few nights ago. I made a joke in the chat about the vaccine. Omg, the dude started in about how people who have gotten, they need to go get blood tested because they’re blood is now poisoned.

I just went silent in chat and couldn’t wait to get the hell out of that chat, but the other 30 people in there, they kept going. The amount of people who still think Trump is secretly POTUS and won’t announce his run because he can’t legally run again because he’s still in charge. All the vaccine misinformation, that’s what I call it, it’s hard to keep a straight face while people spout off about it.

It’s like they need a better reason than “I don’t want it.”. It’s scary how gullible people are.

I wonder how much time they wasted trying to find that exact person. It had to have taken some serious time.

Or the way the news is today, if they just staged the whole thing and had the guy say that. Remember last year when they paid the nurses to stand in line to make it look like the hospital was busier than it really was?

This wouldn’t surprise me, but I doubt it’s fact.
Why would you doubt it? It's just like the Obamacare bs when everyone was fined 1k if they didnt get it but Congress was exempted from the fine

Two questions.

1. Will the mandate on private businesses hold up if it goes to the SC?

2. Will any of you allow your children to take the vaccine when it’s required to attend school?

1. I doubt it.
2. My children are alll over school age now but we homeschooled for reasons such as this. The level of indoctrination in schools while lacking in education of real life importance was a deciding factor for us.
