It does, I've gone back and fourth on the guy a lot. But he is a terror against the run and hitting people. We had the worst run defense last year. Parsons was the best option to help the run D beyond a stud DT that didn't exist.

Bonus, Parsons can blitz at an elite level.

This guy is a hammer, and an Alpha Dog that our defense has been needing for a looooong time.

High upside. In a draft like this when I think there is a lot of bad picks, if you can hit a home run you won’t care in 5 years what position it’s at.
