No Tesla for me. I really don't live in a big enough metropolis to keep one charged up like I need to....so ya know, I drive a big ass F250 6.7 Turbo Diesel. I just can't envision an electric truck, but on the other hand I could see it being really cool. The GMC concept would be my pick, because the Tesla is...well...ugly.

I have a friend who has one of the S models, I think its the Plaid...145K. I don't know, I just can't see sinking that into an electric car.

I know but what other company like mine will drive around in a hideous truck like that? People will be like, "oh my gaw, I want him to fix my house..."

Full disclosure: I have family who used to work for the Mitsubishi plant there in Normal, Illinois, and lost their jobs when it left town a few years ago. One of them is now one of Rivian's designers, so pretty excited to see them prosper.

Son: "He looks like an 8-bit video game character. I don't care that our house was just destroyed by a tornado. I'd rather sleep on the sidewalk for the next 3 months than have folks see that hideous vehicle sitting in front of our partial foundation!!"

I have a 2017 Model S that I bought new. I had a minor issue with the key fobs not being recognized by the car which was fixed by mobile service at my home. Other than that its been trouble free and just a fantastic car that I never get tired of driving.

I think the CT looks better in matte black

I have 2 on order. For a $100 refundable fee its a no risk option to purchase a vehicle that has the potential to operate as a robo taxi and make money for you while you’re doing other things.

This guy has done the research
