Moore isn't anything special, he's not terrible either, which is a long way of saying I don't really care if he stays or goes.

What, he’s gonna go coach at Boise? Whatever.

I think Moore has potential, but some of these young coordinators need a good 5-6 years in the league calling plays before they get more than adept at it. If I recall correctly, even Kyle Shanghai bounced around a bit before he really found his footing. And as his Super Bowl record has shown, he still has some flaws himself.

Agreed, this isn't Jason Garrett who went from QB coach to Head Coach candidate in just a couple years just because a Garrett has always been on the payroll.

We're not going to get a perfect OC in here, so I'd rather keep the guy who's got a rapport with our QB and has shown that he can relate to our players. I do like the way he's gotten Lamb involved this year. It reminds me of what we wanted with Dez early in his career...but of course it never happened.

Amen. I'm not saying he's terrible, but what makes him so great? I think a number of guys could do the same thing with the talent KM has had to work with here (when healthy).

The biggest thing he offers by all reports is Dak loves him. But Dak can get over it.

When Dak is healthy we have one of the best offenses in the NFL. I see no reason to fuck with that.

I'm not saying we should push him out the door. Just that I don't think it'll matter that much if he goes.

I'm fine with Moore because I trust McCarthy to look over his shoulder whenever the need arises.

But let's be real, when the offense is healthy Moore is essentially given the keys to a Ferrari and all he has to do is not crash it. A LOT of coordinators can manage that.

Probably but some QBs don't do well with a different system. I guess my view is if it isn't broke don't fix it.

I remember a lot of fans thinking Sean Payton wasn't very good. Not saying KM is Sean Payton but I'd be careful moving from a bright young coach.

I don’t know if it’s been mentioned or not, but this year we break a streak of at least one player in the pro bowl. It’s been 30 years since this happened last.

Amari Cooper was the only guy who I thought might deserve it. But it's hard for a WR to go through 4 QBs and still put up good numbers. There are a lot of great WRs too.
