Not necessarily but there's only one side inciting people and causing them to grab a bunch of guns and drive off somewhere like they're on a Special Ops mission.

And like I said, Trump won 2016 extremely narrowly, did the Democrats bitch and moan about a stolen election, fraud, and so forth?

Nope, and sure as shit not from the President himself.
You aren’t paying attention if you think only one side is inciting.

Strange how this is now being said across the country. But it sure as hell wasn’t the last 4 years.

All of the sudden they want everybody to chill. Lol

What are you talking about?

Can you explain to me exactly how Democrats ever accused Republicans of voter fraud, changing votes, fake ballots, etc.?

I assumed you were referring to Democrats claiming Russia meddled in the election and equating that to what's going on right now.
The Democrats started an investigation essentially knowing it was false.

The entire intelligence community concluded that Russia meddled in the election, that's a provable fact, and there were multiple interactions between either members of the Trump campaign or people closely tied to Trump and those who represented Russian interests.

Is that not something worth looking into?

The special prosecutor investigated, issued a report, and the world went on.

My point is that if they think fraud occurred, take it to the courts, let it play out, and then whichever way it goes, move on.

Oh, and "they" never tried to overturn the results of an election, the absolute best case scenario for them would've been removing Trump and Pence taking over. This is not that, Trump is trying to completely invalidate the election and swing it from one party to the other.
:lol

Yeah, they just “looked into it.”

Try your delusional alternate history among people who don’t actually know what happened.

I had to present my state-issued ID (or I guess someone else, official picture ID).

That should be a requirement. I cannot fathom why it wouldn't be.

The right to work requirements should stretch to the vote. If you are not legal to work, you shouldn't be legal to vote.
Perfectly reasonable. I can’t for the life of me understand why democrats think it’s racist to require state issued IDs.

What would be appropriate would be a voter card, similar to a drivers license. Walk into the polling place, swipe your card at the voting machine, verified with facial verification, vote, go home.

I don’t like the President throwing out the word “fraud”, because that is a word that has so many negative connotations. But I also believe that this mail in ballot solution was ripe for problems. It was almost singularly pushed by the Democrats.
Unfortunately people have a right to be suspicious when you see the things that are happening in crucial swing states with bags of ballots being dropped off, polling count centers covering their windows and kicking out certified poll observers, people coming forward with legitimate issues about their ballots. And this is all on the heels of 3-1/2 years of the Democrats hounding Trump on every fake thing they could. Now you have the ballots...could be nothing, but man things just look odd.... .it’s hard not to be skeptical after all we’ve witnessed.
Really the question is.....Why are these Democratic government officials fighting to keep the Trump campaign from overseeing the ballot process or even addressing their questions if they have nothing to hide and everything is legit?
Ahhh... Another cult brother enters the room. Welcome. Welcome.

A more important point than squabbling over the vote counts is that this country needs to collectively chill.

Biden by nature throughout his career has tried to be conciliatory, he's already made it one of the main themes of his campaign (not a Democrat President or Republican President, an American President, etc.), and the right needs to relax and not demonize him for the next 4 years, especially when the vast majority of them (McConnell, etc.) have spent the majority of their careers working with him both in Congress and as VP.

Conversely, I don't want to hear the left claiming that some generic Republican running in 2024 (Rubio, Cruz, whoever) is the reincarnation of Hitler, etc.

The media plays a huge role in this, sadly, but people need to also take it on themselves to stay more level-headed and turn down the temperature.
The odds aren’t good, since Bush, McCain, Romney, and Trump have all been called Hitler and white nationalists.

And that's a goddamn fact.
Maybe. But Republicans were not afraid of teh COVID so why would they do the mail-in ballots.

That is really what this is. The impact of the mail-in ballots.
