They could've knelt three times, too and won. Just like we should've. What's the difference? Oh, a holding penalty to stop the clock.
Pretty much. Hard to gameplan around stupid.

When we were up 24 points vs Lions a couple years ago, we probably could've just QB kneeled for 1.5 quarters and won.

I am still constantly amazed that we can find ways to lose like this. There are some limitations to this team, but there are quite a few teams with limitations and they somehow find ways to win. Using Jerry as an excuse does not work anymore...he is what he is, once those players are out on the field that is the responsibility of the coach.

Gruden is definitely a guy I want now. We need that coach who will take the spotlight off of Romo and be the lightning rod. Garrett cannot do it. He might do well in another organization or in the college ranks, but I just don't see him winning here.

Dez should pimp slap Jason Garrett's momma next time. How they can't figure a way to get him the ball is beyond me. Oh wait, it's not... Jason Garrett is a below average coach and for all the smarts he is suppose to have, he doesn't have a creative bone in his body.
While I agree that Dez needs the ball more I think Romo is more to blame than Garrett. Stafford just throws it up and lets CJ go get it, Romo still will not do that. Even the fade he threw was terrible.

This was like the New Orleans loss to New England.
It's worse because we have a history of it...like a foregone conclusion that this was going to happen. It's not if, but when with the Cowboys.

Yeah you are right on that... I think a lot of it is on Romo. You just never see Dez moved around much. Line him up in the slot some. Move him around a little. Cal was throw to 16 times. Romo threw to Dez 6. Whoever's fault it is. That's ridiculous.

It's amazing.

All jokes aside, it is unbelievable how this team just keeps stacking losses like this together each and every year.

If you weren't at least nervous about the idea of blowing it when the Lions got the ball, then you're either supremely optimistic or haven't been watching this team over the last few years.

@calvinwatkins: Dez Bryant on Witten spat: "They just want me to calm down a little bit." Later Dez said, "who wouldn't be pissed."
Most of your loser teammates.....that's who.

I still think it starts at the top. There is no accountability on this team. Losing? Oh well, it happens. We'll stack good practices and get 'em next time. All starts with the carnival barker enabling that atmosphere. The guy who neuters his coaches time and time again.

I get that, I really do......but as Carp said, Jerry is not on the field.

He wasn't one of those 11 defenders at the end of the game.

He wasn't playing QB against the Broncos when the backbreaking INT was thrown.

Jerry creates a bad environment and it's going to be hard to ever change the culture so long as he runs the show, but all of these epic failures are on the players.

Awards are not important, but unfortunately I don't see any way that Lee can be considered for Defensive Player of the Year. He is very deserving, but he is also a part of a historically bad defense.

I don't hope for wins anymore...I just hope that we can lose the old-fashioned way.

Maybe...but Jerry hand selected Garrett based on nothing, really.
Sloppy play, unprepared performances, lackadaisical performances, complete unraveling during big or important games....its been on Garretts watch time and time again.

Jerry is to blame because he refuses to step aside and let a real coach and real GM manage and build this team.

The record speaks for itself with him in charge.
