It feels like there's a heavy cloud of peer pressure hanging in the air where one must hate & oppose Trump and to have an alternative and/or nuanced point of view is heretical to this group think. And gawd forbid one be an actual open & outspoken supporter of Trump for they must be racist, et al. This has to be felt through all media, entertainment, etc and at the very least have a chilling effect. Seems to me the Trump town hall broadcasted by NBC reflected this phenomena

I believe this causes many to acquiesce and/or stay silent, regardless of truth, for fear of being burned at the proverbial stake.

I think this is horrible for all of us, regardless of stance

Imo this is why all polls right now are bs, I'm lucky to be at a company that is filled with conservatives but I know lots of people that have to hide that.

I'm really hoping on Thursday Trump doesn't interrupt as much. He really needs to let Biden answer the questions. He will hang himself. Just let him, Donald.

Agree. Trump is his own worst enemy at times. He needs to lay back and make Biden prove his BS statements then report the facts.

the women that don't like him REALLY dont like him

its strange how people let themselves get that worked up in either direction

contrary to popular belief, the US doesnt have dictators and power is limited

Its really an amazing time to be alive, you can actually tell the president virtually to fuck off and no one will imprison you, silence you or come get you in the middle of the night

relax ladies, e'er-thing gon' b alright

This is such bullshit. Biden wants no foreign policy discussed because he knows that China, Russia, and the Ukraine will be brought up. And these motherfuckers just allow him to hide, like none of it ever happened.
Every single bit of it is rigged in Biden's favor. I agree, it's bullshit.

I've heard that lately too, that Dems usually lead early voting, which is the opposite of what I'd think it would be. From what I've seen, older people usually make the effort to early vote while younger ones aren't as motivated and wait. And most older people I know are Republicans.

I wonder if it's that older people used to vote Dem? But then that hasn't been the case for a few election cycles so I don't know if that would be it.

I think old people have nothing going on and generally enjoy going to the polls on election day. Younger people have jobs and live busy lives. If you offer them the chance to lazily sit at home and fill out a ballot they will do that because it takes no effort.

True. I wasn't even thinking about the mail-ins, but in-person early voting.

If this were a normal year, I’d say you could draw a conclusion.

It’s hard to know if this means anything. The only thing I could point to is that Trump has told his voters to vote I person. I guess you could make the argument that this is a good thing.

Just hard to know.
